Tino Privacy Choices
This page explains how to delete an account, request deletion of voice or chat content, withdraw microphone permissions, and contact Tino about privacy or recording-related issues. It is intended for use as the User Privacy Choices URL in App Store Connect.

You can withdraw microphone permission in your device settings and request deletion of submitted voice, recording, audio upload, or transcript content.

support@tino.pet1. Account deletion and data requests
In line with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), Tino provides a direct path for users to control data and delete accounts.
- In-app path: you may initiate account deletion or data cleanup through the product settings.
- Email requests: for access, correction, export, or deletion, contact support@tino.pet. We may ask you to verify identity before acting on the request.
- Deletion scope: once confirmed, we will delete account information, past conversations, voice content, and related data within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.
2. Microphone permissions and recording content
You can decide at any time whether Tino may continue using the microphone, and you may request deletion of previously submitted voice or recording content.
- Withdraw permission: disable Tino's microphone access in iOS or Android device settings.
- Delete voice content: if you want existing voice inputs, recordings, uploads, or related transcripts removed, contact support@tino.pet.
- Other people's voices: if audio you previously submitted should no longer be retained, contact us as soon as possible.
3. Content reporting and safety
- If Tino produces inappropriate output, or if you encounter content that feels unsafe, abusive, or otherwise problematic, use the in-product report path or contact support@tino.pet.
- Flagged content may be reviewed by a human team within a reasonable handling process.
4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
If Tino ever needs to track activity across other apps, we will follow Apple's App Tracking Transparency requirements.
- We do not access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) without clear user permission.
- No cross-app tracking is performed unless a user has explicitly opted in.
