Tino Terms of Service
Please read these Terms before you download, register for, or use Tino. They explain how the service may be used, what is not allowed, and what permission responsibilities apply when voice or recording features are involved.

If you use the microphone, submit recordings, or upload audio, you are responsible for making sure you are allowed to do so, including when other people's voices are involved.
You may not use Tino for unlawful behavior, covert recording, harassment, fraud, or anything that infringes another person's privacy, safety, or rights.
1. Acceptance and scope
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using Tino, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the related Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not continue using Tino.
2. Service description
- Tino is a digital companionship product built around emotional interaction, text and voice presence, personal notes, and relationship-based experiences.
- Tino-generated output is for companionship and interaction only. It does not replace medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- We may update features, interaction patterns, or service design over time without changing the core nature of the product.
3. Accounts and security
- You must provide registration details that are accurate, usable, and yours to provide, and keep them reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and may not lend, share, or transfer your account without authorization.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support@tino.pet promptly.
4. Recording, voice input, and third-party voice permission
Tino may offer voice input, recordings, voice messages, or audio uploads. Before using those features, make sure you have the required device permissions and the right to submit the content.
- You confirm that you have actively granted the necessary microphone or audio-access permissions and understand that related content will be processed under the Privacy Policy.
- If the audio you submit includes another person's voice, conversation, or identifiable information, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary authorization, license, or consent.
- You may not use Tino for unlawful recording, covert recording, non-consensual recording, or any other activity that invades another person's privacy or rights.
- Any authorization, infringement, privacy, or compliance claim arising from the audio or voice content you submit is your responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
- You may not use Tino for unlawful, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, violent, exploitative, or otherwise harmful conduct.
- You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes another person's intellectual property, likeness, reputation, privacy, or other lawful rights.
- You may not attack, reverse engineer, bypass safeguards, abuse interfaces, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
6. Content ownership and license
- You keep your rights in the content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to process, store, display, transcribe, and respond to that content in order to operate the service for you.
- Ownership and permitted use of Tino outputs remain subject to applicable law, product notices, and any third-party content restrictions.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
- We make reasonable efforts to keep Tino available, safe, and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation.
- To the extent allowed by law, Tino is provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond what applicable law requires.
8. Suspension, termination, and data handling
- If you violate these Terms or applicable law, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Tino within a reasonable scope.
- You may stop using Tino at any time and may request deletion of data under the Privacy Policy or the Privacy Choices page.
9. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If a revision materially affects your rights or obligations, we will explain the change through the product, email, or website updates.
Your continued use of Tino after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
